Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Customers are responsible for the PKR 250 return delivery fee, which applies to all return or exchange shipments unless the error is from our side (wrong or faulty item). Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return or exchange process. Be sure to provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect). Our team will guide you through the next steps promptly.
